When building your home, having a central vac is easy for us to install and you will love how nice it will be to vacuum your whole house. With the central vac, you will hardly hear it running. No bags to buy or remove, central vacs have a bagless dirt chamber with a small window to see when it needs to be emptied.
Central Vacs are usually installed when a place is being built before the drywall goes up because of all the pipe and connectors that need to be run. We have in a few places, installed them in a home that was already built. It took some removal of the drywall in the closets to get everything run, but we were able to do it. It just depends on how much you want to refinish after we get done. But in some cases, it is possible.
